Facilities Operations Coordinator
We’re looking for a highly organized, systems-oriented professional to join our team in Roatán.
What we’re looking for:
Background in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Facilities Management, or related fields
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Experience implementing and improving operational systems
Ability to track KPIs, work orders, inventory, and maintenance processes
Tech-savvy, proactive, and detail-oriented
Strong problem-solving skills
Key responsibilities:
Manage and optimize MaintainX
Implement maintenance and inventory management systems
Track operational KPIs and prepare management reports
Improve workflows, safety procedures, and operational efficiency
Identify bottlenecks and lead process improvements
Location: Roatán, Honduras
