SummaryThis position performs administrative duties for Facilities Maintenance.
- Dispatches service orders that come in by phone and computer.
- Pays department bills; prepares vendor payment paperwork.

Sufficient experience to understand the basic principles relevant to the major duties of the position, usually associated with the completion of an apprenticeship/internship or having had a similar position for one to two years.
Supplemental informationThe work is typically performed while sitting at a desk or table while intermittently standing, walking, or stooping and distinguishes between shades of color. The employee frequently lifts light and occasionally heavy objects. Additionally, the following physical abilities are required:
