Cloud & Infrastructure SRE EngineerSingaporeFull-timeIntelligent manufacturing / Industrial Internet / Industrial automation - R&DResponsibilitiesYou will ensure high availability, security compliance, and operational excellence of mission-critical systems in a regulated data environment.QualificationsKey Responsibilities Manage and maintain production cloud environments on AWS and Azure, including compute, storage, networking, and database services Execute deployment, release, and configuration change management following established approval workflows Perform database administration including backup and recovery, performance tuning, and access control management Implement security patches and remediate known exploited vulnerabilities (KEVs) within defined SLAs (45 calendar days for internet-facing systems) Manage and maintain network and firewall policies, ensuring proper segmentation and access controls Monitor production systems, respond to alerts, and perform root cause analysis for incidents Maintain and execute incident response procedures Manage infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent tools Maintain accurate system documentation including network topology diagrams and runbooks Collaborate with development teams via ticketing systems for change requests, ensuring proper review and approval before execution Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 coverage for critical systems Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure operations, SRE, or DevOps roles Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, Lambda, CloudFront, IAM) in production environments Experience with Azure cloud services is an advantage Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible) Solid experience with Linux system administration (RHEL, Ubuntu) Experience with container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Docker) Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline management (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch) Understanding network security, firewall management, and VPN configuration Experience working in regulated environments with strict access control and change management processes is preferred AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator certification is preferred Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for cross-regional coordinationApply
