安全带产品工程师合肥社招全职产品本科及以上1 年以下职位描述1. Responsible for components development strategy making, benchmark analysis, system and vehicle performance target setup and layout of components;
2. Responsible for technical document of SOR,DVP,DFMEA,3D/2D data release work;
3. Achieve components/system/vehicle level performance target, track and control risk;
4. Cooperate with partners for restraints components development to achieve target.
5. Ensure the high quality in all the program delivery activities and in time
6. Work with cross function (Design,Pur,PQM,ME,EQ ect) to resolve complex issues.
7. Drive design and performance improvement, drive cost and mass reduction.
职位要求1. Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive/Mechanical/Materials Engineering related;
2. Minimum 5 years of design & development experience of Restraints components at OEMs or Suppliers and familiar with domestic and foreign regulations;
3. Understanding of Restraints components structure principle and production process;
4. Proficiency in English, oral and written;
5. Skilled in CATIA and MS office software. Familiar with CAE related software；
6. Good communication skill and teamwork;
7. Willing to business trips;投递
