- Ensure the stability, performance, availability, and security of Exchange and Microsoft 365 messaging services through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
- Administer and maintain Exchange databases, mailboxes, shared mailboxes, resource mailboxes, and distribution groups.
- Configure and manage Exchange connectors, mail flow, transport rules, and messaging policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Exchange Server, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 issues, including mail flow and email delivery incidents.
- Implement and maintain Exchange and Microsoft 365 security controls in close collaboration with the Information Security teams.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure seamless integration between Exchange Server, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise systems.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support by managing incidents and service requests in close cooperation with the IT Service Desk and global support teams.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Exchange and Microsoft 365 documentation, operational procedures, and technical standards.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 technologies, best practices, and product enhancements.
- Ensure all incidents and service requests are acknowledged, managed, and resolved within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- More than five years of experience with Microsoft Exchange on-premises and Exchange Online administration;
- Experience with Active Directory and PowerShell;
- Strong knowledge of Exchange architecture, including mailbox databases, transport services, and client access protocols;
- Experience with Exchange Server 2016, 2019, Exchange SE;
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for Exchange administration;
- Knowledge of Exchange and Microsoft 365 architecture and design;
- Experience with Exchange and Microsoft 365 migration and upgrade projects;
- Experience with Exchange and Microsoft 365 security and compliance;
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint;
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills;
- Microsoft certifications in Exchange and Microsoft 365;

- Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
- Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
- Employment contract: Unlimited
