Are you a bilingual logistics professional who enjoys keeping time-sensitive shipments moving? In this hands-on role, you will coordinate international air export shipments from airline booking and documentation through tracking and final delivery.
What You Will DoCoordinate shipping, collection, pickup, and delivery activities for general cargo.
Book cargo space with airlines, obtain destination approval, and prepare accurate export documents, including AWB, HAWB, MAWB, manifests, invoices, and packing lists.
Track shipments and respond quickly to discrepancies, damage, offloads, flight cancellations, or delays.
Keep customers, airlines, destination teams, drivers, and internal departments informed throughout the shipment lifecycle.
Maintain accurate shipment records in SAP and internal systems, including costs, tracking, and proof of delivery.
Coordinate returns or disposal and support loading, unloading, pickups, or deliveries when needed.
At least one year of experience in logistics, operations, shipping, or customer service.
Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organization, problem-solving, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; SAP experience is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work fully on-site, occasionally work outside regular hours, and travel if needed.
