- Responsible for first analyzing and leading triaging of ADAS defect reports (bugs) from multiple sources (including internal and customer-facing issues) into Supplier and VinFast system team.
- Coordinator Issue from Suppliers and VinFast system teams, VinFast Program teams to build a roadmap for software issues resolution
- Own, maintain, develop, and improve the defect management process.
- Ensure that the information provided in defects is complete, up-to-date, and follows the defect management process
- Collect the requirements on defect management tools and facilitate their development and extension by the internal and external service providers.
- Actively monitor incoming defects and rate the severity of the defects Identify and provide metrics/statistics to measure the arrivals and resolution of defects.
- Work with internal and external team to ensure that defects have clear ownership and that the next steps are clearly defined
- Support Program quality gates meetings for Software issues
- Develop bug trend reports on a per-component and per-release basis
- Provide visibility into the latest ticket status and highlight items that appear to have stalled
- Develop weekly software issues status reports and trending reports
- Identify and implement process & tool improvements to improve software issue resolution times
- Owner for topic of diagnostic, FOTA and secure CAN.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle, bug tracking, or defect management processes.
- Interest in ADAS, automotive software systems, and emerging vehicle technologies.
- Familiarity with software debugging tools, issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, or similar) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of embedded systems, vehicle communication protocols (CAN), or automotive diagnostics is an advantage but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and track multiple issues.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams including suppliers and internal engineering teams.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and handle multiple tasks.
- Good English communication skills
