JOB CONTENT
To support in successful procurement of goods and services for Atyab by executing Procurement orders, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational:
- Review procurement documents and prepare accurate Procurement orders per company policies
- Monitor and resolve order status issues, discrepancies with invoices, delivery schedules
- Maintain detailed Procurement order records and communicate status to stakeholders
- Negotiate supplier contracts to secure optimal terms for company
- Develop and monitor cost reduction strategies to optimize procurement spend
- Develop, implement and ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures
- Implement IT policies for efficient data management and communication
- Evaluate supplier performance regularly and address concerns
- Meet with suppliers to discuss needs, negotiate terms, build relationships
- Review proposals and provide procurement recommendations
- Discuss material and equipment needs with internal teams for accurate procurement
- Stay informed of industry trends by attending vendor meetings and building relationships
- Collaborate with maintenance/engineering for capital procurement per specifications and budget
- Ensure commercial terms safeguard company's interests
- Research new suppliers and products to optimize sourcing options.

Requirements
MINIMUM EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
Experience:
– 2-3 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, or a related field.
