Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products (SI EP) is looking for a dynamic, results oriented finance professional to join our finance team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing business by working closely with operations teams in ensuring financial transparency and accuracy, internal controls, reporting, analysis, planning, forecasting, monitoring and adherence to KPI’s as well as continuous improvement while collaborating with a team of financial analysts.
This role reports to the Plant Controller and is based out of Fort Worth, TX and is an onsite position.
As a Controlling Analyst, you will make an impact with the following responsibilities:
- Monthly closing and reporting on Finance related topics.
- Contributing to financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and audits.
- Ensuring the reliability of information in a timely and substantiated manner for financial planning and budgeting including monthly Financial Forecast.
- Performing yearly cost calculation for Factory manufactured products.
- In-depth analysis of factory KPIs and factory cost centers.
- Interface with the other operational areas of the factory and with the finance team.
- Preparation of reports for factory management.
- Analyze, reconcile and bridge as well as drive productivity initiatives to bring cost reductions.
- Close cooperation and communication with Group partners around the globe.
- Data extraction from different tools/systems (e.g. SAP) and their consolidation and analysis as well as developing, automating and maintaining reporting templates.
- Monitoring and implementing internal controls at plant level, in accordance with corporate policies, to ensure reporting integrity, safeguard company assets, and identify risks.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- 8+ years of experience in Accounting and Financial Analysis. Manufacturing experience is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of SAP FICO.
- Proven track record of performing in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Ability to network, collaborate and willingness to learn
- Experience using automation tools such as Knime and Tableau will be a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively manage deadlines, prioritize and multi-task

The pay range for this position is $91,463 - $156,794 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
