The Electrical Products (EP) Business Unit offers a full range of low-voltage power distribution and control products that deliver safe, reliable, and efficient electrical solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial markets. 

We are looking for a Welder to join our fabrication team on 3rd shift. This position will be based at our Roebuck, SC facility.

Is this role, you will be MIG welding BN bars for our Busway production line.

Shift Hours: 10:00pm - 6:00am

Hourly Rate: $28.75 + $1.25 Shift Differential

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of Mig Welding experience
  • Able to use hand tools, power tools and measurement equipment
  • Must be able to read 2D & 3D blueprints
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be willing to work overtime if necessary
  • Must be able to reach, grasp, lift 50lbs, and push/pull/slide material
  • In this role, you must be able to meet the physical requirements, which include, but are not limited to, the following:
    • Consistently lift 20 to 40 lbs, standing for 30 minutes and moving loaded carts that weigh up to 87 lbs.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with Pneumatic Saw
  • SAP knowledge for confirmations & to look up materials

In this role, you will:

  • Understand and ensure schedules are followed as planned
  • Report of any shortage to GL or Supervisor to prevent a stop in production

The pay for this position is $28.75 per hour, plus an additional $1.25 shift differential. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
