We are looking for a Trainer & Facilitator who can work closely with global stakeholders to identify learning needs, design effective learning solutions, and deliver engaging training interventions that drive business performance. You’ll make a difference by:
- Learning Needs Consulting
- Partner with business leaders, managers, and stakeholders to identify capability gaps and learning needs.
- Conduct training needs analysis and recommend appropriate learning interventions.
- Act as a trusted learning consultant by aligning learning solutions with business objectives.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across functions and geographies.
- Learning Solution Design & Development
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and content developers to design and customize learning solutions.
- Develop engaging and effective learning journeys aligned with Siemens learning frameworks.
- Incorporate innovative learning methodologies, digital tools, and AI-enabled approaches into learning solutions.
- Ensure training content remains relevant, impactful, and learner centric.
- Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid learning programs for diverse audiences.
- Facilitate workshops, learning labs, onboarding programs, and capability-building initiatives.
- Create inclusive and engaging learning environments that encourage collaboration, participation, and knowledge sharing.
- Translate complex concepts into practical and easy-to-understand learning experiences.
- AI & Learning Innovation
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance learning design, content creation, learner engagement, and productivity.
- Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in Learning & Development and Generative AI.
- Drive innovation by integrating modern learning technologies into training solutions.
- Learning Effectiveness
- Measure program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and impact metrics.
- Continuously improve learning programs based on business needs and learner insights.
Your success is grounded in:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, training delivery, facilitation, or capability development.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
- Experience conducting training needs analysis and translating business requirements into learning solutions.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills in both classroom and virtual environments.
- Proficiency in curriculum design and learning content development.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, functions, and organizational levels.
- Exposure to Agile ways of working and learning methodologies.
- Knowledge of GBS processes, preferably accounting operations or shared services environments.
- Experience using AI and Generative AI tools for learning design, content development, or productivity enhancement.
- Strong business partnering and problem-solving capabilities.
- Passion for learning, facilitation, and knowledge sharing.
