Quality Assurance Engineer

This role is requires a combination of Salesforce and digital QA experience.

JD:

• Test and validate Salesforce, ERP, web, and mobile applications by designing and executing manual test cases, including functional, integration, and regression testing. Validate end-to-end workflows and integrations, and track defects through to resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions in an Agile environment. Support testing initiatives and ensure application compatibility across devices, browsers, and environments.
• Perform testing across Salesforce, ERP systems, and web/mobile applications to ensure high-quality product delivery. Execute mobile application testing using appropriate tools and frameworks for Android and iOS platforms. Validate applications across browsers and devices, ensuring compatibility and adherence to responsive design standards.
• Identify and address mobile-specific challenges, including variations in screen sizes, resolutions, and operating system versions. Manage test cases and track defects using standard test management and defect tracking tools.
• Analyze requirements, identify risks, and provide effective solutions through strong problem-solving skills. Collaborate closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues, ensure timely defect resolution, and maintain overall product quality. Communicate testing progress, risks, and results clearly to stakeholders.
