Purpose
Execution of Electrical design, drafting and 3D modelling tasks relating to Oil & Gas, Refinery, LNG , Petrochemical Industry, etc.
The Role
As an Electrical Designer Level II with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.
- Able to work independently on Electrical substation layouts, electrical room layouts, cable tray layouts, lighting layouts for Oil & Gas, Refinery, LNG , Petrochemical Industry,etc.
- Able to perform cable tray fill calculations.
- Must have working experience with IEC, NEC, IEEE Electrical standards as minimum.
- Check compliance with QA / safety/ environment goals.
- Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the Project.
- Safety – Responsible for personal safety and safe working practices for the Project. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.
- Liaison with other disciplines on technical issues related to 3D modelling and layouts.
About You
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
- Min 3+ years of experience in Oil and Gas, Refinery, LNG, Petrochemical Industry with reputed Consultant EPC/EPCM Company is essential.
- Experience in 3D Modelling of all Electrical Equipment, Cable tray and supports, Lighting fixtures, extraction of drawings from 3D Model and preparing Electrical deliverables.
- Familiarization in S3D/E3D, AutoCAD, MicroStation is required.
- Diploma in E.E.E or equivalent.
