Cloud Support Engineer
Azure Administrator/DevOps Certification.
Azure Cloud support 24/7 with on call -At least 2 years of experience working in Cloud support model.
Production Application Support Previous experience on Production support.
Azure Monitor, App Insights and log analytics Experience in triaging the issues using metrics and app insights.
IaaC with Terraform Ability to update the tf files and work on the changes needed.
Azure Devops and GitHub Code only approach. Comfortable working on ADO and GitHub for all the changes and updates on the environment.
Understanding of Azure Compute, Storage and Networks - Understanding of the Azure Stack. Able to co-relate how the services are interconnected and isolate the issue.
Kubernetes experience.
Understanding of the databases and know the basics troubleshooting.
Understanding of OS (windows and Linux) and know the basic troubleshooting.
Comfortable using Service Now and Jira.
Good Communication skills, Able to work independently and as a part of the team. Attention to detail.
