Overview:
The Contract Analyst supports the end-to-end management of customer contracts, from contract execution through initial invoicing. This role is responsible for reviewing contract documentation, validating compliance with company policies, processing equipment and service orders, and ensuring timely and accurate execution of contract-related activities. Working in a fast-paced environment, the Contract Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to maintain operational accuracy, support revenue processes, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You Will Do:

  • Review and analyze customer contracts to ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and operational requirements
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within internal systems
  • Validate contract details, equipment configurations, pricing information, and supporting documentation
  • Coordinate with Sales, Pricing, Customer Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other stakeholders to resolve contract and order-related issues
  • Maintain and update contract-related reports and tracking tools to support operational visibility and accuracy
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding contract processes and requirements
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance standards, and revenue recognition policies throughout the contract lifecycle
  • Prioritize and manage multiple contracts, requests, and documentation in a high-volume environment
  • Support month-end activities and meet critical processing deadlines
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and customer-focused service while maintaining data integrity and compliance standards


What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least one year of relevant professional experience; experience in contract administration, contract review, order management, or related functions is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret contract details and financial information
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience working with business systems and reporting tools
  • Experience reviewing contracts or handling contract-related documentation is an advantage
  • Willingness to work a third-shift schedule and support extended hours during critical month-end periods
