🚀 Your role & responsibilities
You are responsible for delivering outstanding pizzas while maintaining the highest quality standards:
Prepare, stretch and bake pizzas following Big Mamma recipes and techniques
Manage dough preparation, fermentation and portioning
Ensure consistency, quality and presentation throughout every service
Operate and manage the pizza oven efficiently during busy services
Organize mise en place and maintain your workstation
Support and guide junior members of the pizzeria team
Monitor product quality and minimize waste
Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times

💡 What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Pizzaiolo in a professional kitchen
Strong knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation and oven management
Ability to manage service independently in a fast-paced environment
Passion for authentic Italian pizza and high-quality ingredients
Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support colleagues
Reliable, organized and proactive approach
