Key Responsibilities:
Verifies the final quality of products on the production line. Compares the physical characteristics of components, materials, equipment and products to technical specifications to identify defects. Separates products that do not meet the desired technical specification, using basic and/or complex measurement techniques and equipment. Documents products that do not meet technical specifications using specified systems. Trains others in the use of measurement equipment, segregation of non-conforming product and documentation. Follows the norms and standards of quality defined by the Company.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
- Independently perform all quality-related activities for the New QSK95 cylinder head line.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Initial Process Capability Studies and their application.
- Carry out and interpret Layout Inspection activities effectively.
- Possess a thorough understanding of Measurement System Analysis (MSA), including:
- Variable gauge studies
- Attribute gauge studies
- Purpose and significance of gauge validation
- Understand and execute the Source Release Process for initial production batches.
- Maintain good knowledge of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation and all associated elements.
- Understand and support the Safe Launch Process for new components to ensure smooth production ramp-up.
