👋What are our wishes?

We are looking for a highly motivated graduate or early-career professional with a strong interest in blockchain, distributed ledger technology (DLT), and digital innovation. In this role, you will support business analysis activities, stakeholder workshops, process improvement initiatives, and blockchain innovation projects within an enterprise environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about emerging technologies and want to gain hands-on experience working on digital transformation initiatives.

This opportunity is open exclusively to candidates based outside the Philippines with a 1-year project engagement and alignment to Manila business hours.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related technology field.

  • Recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong interest in blockchain, digital assets, and emerging technologies.

  • Strong academic performance is preferred.

  • Active participation in university organizations, leadership activities, research, volunteer work, or student initiatives is an advantage.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin is a plus but not required.

Technical Requirements

  • Basic understanding of Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT).

  • Familiarity with Digital Assets and Smart Contracts.

  • Basic knowledge of Business Requirements Analysis and Process Mapping.

  • Understanding of Gap Analysis and business process improvement concepts.

  • Familiarity with Banking Systems or Financial Services is an advantage.

  • Basic knowledge of ISO 20022 is preferred.

  • Awareness of enterprise technology and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and presentations.

Preferred Experience

  • Internship or academic project experience related to:

    • Blockchain

    • FinTech

    • Financial Services

    • Enterprise Technology

    • Digital Innovation

  • Exposure to cryptography, blockchain applications, or digital asset platforms is an advantage.

  • Basic understanding of financial regulations or frameworks is a plus.

  • Strong willingness to learn enterprise technologies and best practices.

💼How can you contribute to the team? 

  • Support stakeholder interviews and workshops with business and technical teams.

  • Gather and document business requirements, pain points, and opportunities.

  • Assist in creating current and future-state process maps and conducting gap analysis.

  • Help define business requirements, success metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Contribute to evaluating solution options, including buy, build, or partner approaches.

  • Prepare project documentation, reports, roadmaps, and presentation materials.

  • Support discussions with technology vendors and external partners.

  • Assist in evaluating blockchain and DLT solutions for business use cases.

  • Track project progress and provide regular status updates.

  • Ensure compliance with security, risk, and regulatory requirements.


Work Setup: Remote
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Manila Time (must align with the client's business calendar and holidays)
Employment Type: Project-based (1-year project engagement, subject to extension)
