Job Description

As a German Speaking Junior HR Operations Specialist, you will support HR administration and employee lifecycle processes for our DACH organization. This role is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or candidates at the beginning of their HR career who are eager to learn and develop in an international environment. The most important requirement is confident German language skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming HR requests through the ticketing system, including tracking, prioritization and follow-up
  • Providing administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle while ensuring a high level of customer service
  • Supporting HR administration tasks related to employment contracts and employee documentation
  • Maintaining and updating employee data in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and other HR systems
  • Ensuring the accuracy and quality of HR data
  • Cooperating with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to resolve employee inquiries
  • Handling confidential employee information with discretion and in line with company policies
  • Supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of HR documentation and processes
  • Assisting with various HR projects and administrative tasks as required

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Humanities or a related field (or final-year students are also welcome)
  • Previous experience in HR or administration is an advantage, but not requiredcareer starters and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Fluent German (C1) is essential, both written and spoken
  • Intermediate English (B1 or above)
  • Interest in HR administration and willingness to learn HR processes and systems
  • Experience with SAP HR or SAP SuccessFactors is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Confident user of MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Service-oriented, proactive and eager to learn
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Hungarian language skills are not required, but are considered an advantage
