Job Description
1. Technical Facility Operations
- Participate in daily workplace walkthroughs to identify facility issues and improvement opportunities.
- Support employee access card issuance and access right management system,
- Support daily operation of building engineering systems including HVAC, Electrical systems, Fire Safety systems, Security systems (CCTV, Access Control)
- Follow up facility service requests and coordinate with service providers for timely resolution.
- Support utility monitoring, including electricity and water consumption.
2. Preventive Maintenance
- Assist in planning and tracking preventive maintenance activities.
- Follow up corrective maintenance works carried out by contractors.
- Help maintain maintenance records and equipment documentation.
- Participate in basic troubleshooting and technical inspections with Facility Engineers
3. HSE & Contractor Management
- Contractor coordination during maintenance and daily activities.
- Work Permit administration and site safety monitoring.
- Risk assessment documentation and contractor safety compliance.
- Safety inspections and workplace housekeeping initiatives.
4. Facility Data & Reporting
- Update maintenance logs, equipment inventories and technical documents.
- Prepare facility reports
- Assist during internal facility assessments and compliance reviews.
5. Project & Improvement Support
- Support office fit-out and workplace improvement initiatives.
- Assist in workstation setup and office modifications.
- Coordinate project progress with internal stakeholders and contractors.
- Contribute ideas for improving workplace efficiency and employee experience
Qualifications
- Majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Building Services, Industrial Engineering
- Curious, proactive and willing to learn.
- Positive thinking and result oriented
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent English communication and Microsoft Office.
