Purpose of the Position:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Operations Coordinator to support procurement operations and process compliance in Taiwan. This role will work closely with sourcing managers, suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of procurement-related activities, including supplier documentation management, PR/PO transactions, Requisition to Pay process support, supplier master data maintenance, audit coordination, and process improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, a compliance mindset, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a dynamic business environment.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Support the collection, follow-up, and monitoring of all mandatory supplier documents (e.g., NDA, COI, chops, etc.) to ensure compliance with contract process requirements.
Coordinate and execute supplier master data creation and changes in the ERP system.
Serve as a coordinator between buyers and suppliers for the preparation and follow-up of key annual operational activities, including but not limited to audit-related activities.
Ensure compliance with company regulations, procurement policies, and internal processes.
Support sourcing managers in processing PR/PO transactions, managing RTP-related activities, and maintaining supplier relationships in assigned categories.
Coordinate new requests from other regions or business functions and facilitate process-oriented activities to ensure compliance and timely execution.
Support the GSM team in driving process improvement initiatives and administrative activities in Taiwan.
Participate in digital transformation tools training and apply related knowledge to improve process efficiency.
Perform other duties and assignments as required by the supervisor or manager.

Education & Experience
Education – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience –
o At least 2 years of experience in procurement operations, purchasing, supply chain, or a related function.
o Experience in handling PR/PO processes, supplier coordination, and procurement-related documentation is preferred.
o Familiarity with ERP systems and supplier master data maintenance is preferred.
o Experience in a multinational company or matrix organization is a plus
