Job Description

The Compensation & Benefits Analyst supports the execution of global compensation processes within the Shared Business Services (SBS) organization. The role is responsible for data preparation, system updates, and operational support across the annual compensation cycle, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to timelines.

The role works closely with SBS Specialists, Total Rewards Center of Excellence (CoE), and HR stakeholders to support the successful delivery of annual pay processes.

Main Responsibilities:  

Compensation Cycle Support

  • Support execution of the global аnnual пay cycle, including preparation, validation, and tracking of compensation data.
  • Assist in activities such as data collection, template preparation, and coordination of inputs across stakeholders.

Data Preparation and Management

  • Prepare and upload data into compensation tools and HR systems (e.g. Workday).
  • Support data validation activities to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to simulations and approvals.
  • Maintain data consistency across systems and templates.

Simulation and Reporting Support

  • Support preparation of inputs for compensation simulations.
  • Assist in generating reports and outputs used during the compensation cycle.
  • Ensure data integrity in simulation outputs and reports.

Coordination and Tracking

  • Track progress of compensation cycle activities and support coordination across stakeholders.
  • Support communication and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of activities.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, process efficiency, and standardization.
  • Support the development, improvements and updates to SOPs, and their implementation.

Qualifications

Experience:  

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, compensation support, shared services, or data-related roles
  • Experience working with HR systems (Workday is an advantage) or data-heavy processes
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong Excel and data handling skills

Knowledge

  • Basic understanding of compensation processes and HR data structures
  • Awareness of HR systems and data management principles
  • Awareness of service delivery concepts such as SLAs and case management is an advantage
  • Familiarity with case management or ticketing systems is a plus

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, equivalent experience will also be considered

Languages

  • English (Fluent)
