We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join our Content Factory team.

Your Main Responsabilities 📋
- Analyze training needs and learning objectives to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Design educational materials (courses, modules, guides, manuals) using instructional methodologies.
- Develop interactive and multimedia content (videos, simulations, assessments) in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Apply pedagogical principles and learning technologies (LMS, authoring tools like Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate).
Requisitos
What We’re Looking For 🔍
- Education in pedagogy or a related field in instructional design.
- At least 4 years of proven experience in instructional design (portfolio required).
- Language proficiency: C1 English and B2 French.
- Experience with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite.
