IREN's Global Sports Partnerships & Growth team manages a portfolio of highly visible sports and entertainment partnerships that function as strategic business platforms, driving executive access, enterprise credibility, and measurable commercial outcomes. We're looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Coordinator to support hospitality execution, partnership tracking and reporting, and event coordination across our portfolio.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone early-to-mid career in sports/sponsorship marketing who wants exposure to how a fast-growing public company builds and scales a global partnerships function.

Work Requirements:
This role requires flexibility beyond a standard Monday–Friday schedule. Hospitality events, partner activations, industry conferences, and community engagements regularly occur in the evenings and weekends, and the individual in this role should expect to work these hours as a core part of the job. Domestic and occasional international travel is also required, estimated at 15–25% of the year with heavier concentration around marquee events and industry conferences. This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with in-office presence 2–3 days per week.
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of experiencein sports marketing, sponsorship, event coordination, hospitality, or related field
- Exceptional organizational skills and comfort managing multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiencyin Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting; PowerPoint for internal materials
- Experience with project management tools, familiarity with contractingand legal review processes, andinvoicemanagementisa plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A team-first, no-task-too-small attitude: this role sits at the operational core of a highly visible function
What You'll Do:
Hospitality Support
- Coordinate logistics for marquee hospitality events in conjunction with external agencies.
- Manage guest lists, credentials, travel logistics, and on-site execution for VIP and client hospitality experiences.
- Internal stakeholder management and collaboration for ticket allocation across global properties.
- Track hospitality budgets, utilization, and reconcile spend against approved plans.
- Maintain and update internal tracking tools, including the partnerships and industry events calendar work in progress documents and impact scorecards.
- Support preparation of internal and leadership-facing reporting on partnership activity, activation status, and upcoming milestones.
- Help ensure activation deliverables across partners are logged, on schedule, and audit-ready.
- Support planning and on-site execution of internal and partner-adjacent events, including industry conferences, client happy hours, employee engagement moments, and community impact activations.
- Coordinate vendor logistics, run-of-show documents, and day-of execution for smaller-scale events.
- Represent the team at select industry conferences, managing logistics, credentialing, and on-site coordination.
- Partner with Communications on content capture and amplification of activation moments.
- Manage day-to-day operational and logistical coordination across the partnerships portfolio.
- Support the broader team with administrative and organizational needs as the partnerships portfolio scales.
Job Benefits:
- Salary range(for San Francisco, California location): USD $90,000 - 115,000/annum, depending on experience
