About Job
LionsBot is a Singapore-headquartered robotics company, with cleaning robots deployed in 30+ countries and offices in Singapore, India, China, the US, and the Netherlands. We are looking for a hands-on IT leader to build our global corporate IT function into a genuine enabler for the business: fast, reliable, and secure by design. Your first priority is our day-to-day IT service, making sure every team across our regions has what it needs to work at speed. Reporting to the Global Head of HR, you will own the security, reliability, and speed of corporate IT globally, working hands-on with a small team and arranging coverage for the other regions as the service requires.
Key Responsibilities
Set clear SLAs for provisioning and access, clear the current backlog quickly through a controlled process, and put automated provisioning in place so new hires are productive from day one.
Design role-based, least-privilege access across regions so that R&D, Sales, and Operations get what they need to work, without exposing the company to unnecessary risk.
Put in place the security and IT controls the company needs for its next stage: access reviews, change management, and reliable backups built into everyday workflows so they protect the business without slowing it down.
Run a lean setup, build and develop the team, and put simple operating routines in place such as SLAs and documented procedures.
Manage the performance of IT vendors and delivery partners against agreed SLAs, holding them to account and escalating failures.
Improve security and data governance across the regions we operate in, including the EU, China, and the US.
Required Qualifications
A strong track record running corporate IT services and security hands-on, including real experience with access and security that keeps the business moving at speed.
Experience leading IT or security hands-on in a growing company, owning the key decisions with a lean team and a limited budget.
Practical experience setting up operating discipline in a scaling environment, such as SLAs, provisioning automation, and documented procedures.
Familiarity with data-protection and compliance requirements across regions such as the EU, China, and the US; exposure to SOC 2, ISO 27001, or audit and IPO diligence is a plus.
Experience in robotics, hardware, or tech manufacturing is a plus, but not required.
