  • Maintain program dashboards, KPIs, and success metrics aligned to SWP outcomes.
  • Ensure integration of key data domains (skills, tasks, workforce metrics, financials) into program deliverables and decision frameworks.
  • Support rollout of new processes, tools, and ways of working with a focus on iterative delivery.

  • Strategic Workforce Planning leadership and workstream leads.
  • HR Technology and data/platform teams.
  • Business HR (BHR) and Organizational Development.
  • Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and L&D.

  • 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience; self-motivated, with a high sense of accountability, urgency, and drive.
  • Experience with HR Technology Platforms (Workday) and familiarity with HR processes, in particular in the Talent Management and Strategic Workforce Planning domains.
  • Demonstrated organization skills leading projects from conception through implementation.
  • Outstanding collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills, including an ability to clearly connect with business stakeholders, and Technology teams.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
