Requirements

  • Experience developing correspondence solutions using OpenText Exstream .
  • Experience developing or implementing OpenText Exstream within the IRS environment .
  • Experience developing IRS correspondence or IRS Notice Modernization solutions.
  • Experience with correspondence orchestration using OpenText xPression and OpenText Exstream .
  • Strong understanding of document composition, template development, and correspondence workflows.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Active IRS MBI (Minimum Background Investigation) clearance is required.
