Requirements

  • Experience supporting IRS technical projects .
  • Extensive hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream architecture, implementation, and optimization.
  • Strong experience designing enterprise document generation and Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions.
  • Experience with:
    • Data mapping and document composition
    • Template design
    • Correspondence orchestration
    • Print and digital delivery channels
    • High-volume batch processing
    • Real-time document generation
  • Strong understanding of federal security, compliance, and IRS technical standards.
  • Experience leading technical teams and enterprise architecture initiatives.
  • Active IRS MBI (Minimum Background Investigation) clearance is required.
