- Perform data entry and design work using proprietary design software
- Prepare detailed shop orders and production documentation
- Review and check the work of fellow designers for accuracy
- Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced production environment
- Coordinate with team members to meet assigned project deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, with the ability to learn specialized design software
- Working knowledge of geometry and trigonometry
- Ability to interpret 2D drawings and visualize how components fit together in three dimensions
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support coworkers and customers beyond core duties
- Ability to work 50+ hours per week during peak production periods
- Relevant industry design experience is preferred
- Associates Degree or equivalent required; technical or drafting education a plus
