What’s the Role?
We’re seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support two Engineering senior leaders, specifically managing ENG Trade Automation & Execution and ENG Risk & Performance Platform. These teams are part of Enterprise Products and collectively represent a growing global organization of 600+ employees.
While this role reports into the Enterprise Products Business Operations Manager, you will work closely day‑to‑day with the two Engineering leaders and their organizations. You’ll play a meaningful role in supporting operational effectiveness while also helping strengthen culture, communication, and connectivity across the teams. This role is well‑suited for someone who enjoys building structure, fostering community, and partnering closely with leaders to help large, complex organizations run smoothly.

As capacity allows, and where you see opportunity, you’ll be encouraged to delve into additional areas - such as identifying process inefficiencies, testing new ways of working, or spinning up ideas that improve how the teams operate and collaborate. What You'll Do
You’ll serve as a trusted administrative partner, helping create structure, clarity, and connection across fast‑moving global teams, responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Managing calendars for both leaders, including scheduling, prioritization, and preparation for business‑related meetings and engagements.
- Organizing logistics and coordinating day-of for department‑wide events and initiatives. Such as town halls, AMAs, tech talks, and more.
- Partnering closely with the two managers and their leadership teams to support engagement, and team culture.
- Managing expense approvals, assisting with department‑wide newsletters and announcements, preparing polished presentation materials, supporting onboarding activities (desk setup, equipment, and facilities access) and coordinating large desk moves.
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in administrative support, office management, operations, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines
- Experience acting as a thoughtful gatekeeper and time‑management partner for senior leaders
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with confidence communicating with senior stakeholders
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, and comfort collaborating with others using these tools
- Experience supporting senior leaders, global teams, or complex organizations is a plus
- A resourceful, proactive approach with strong judgment and follow‑through
- Comfort working with vendors, budgets, and contracts
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, service‑oriented mindset
- Some experience experimenting with AI tools—or a strong interest in learning how to use them—to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Salary Range = 30 - 40 USD HourlyThe referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
