As the Strategic Operations Lead (Workflow and Governance), you will architect the global infrastructure that enables our third-party operations and AI initiatives to scale safely. Managing the high-stakes intersection of trust and safety, AI ethics, and external vendors, you will lead the transition from legacy governance models into an AI-first engine that drives measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Lead the global implementation of an automated intake process and co-architect human-in-the-loop exception safety nets and human-over-the-loop model auditing frameworks.
- Transition from manual queue audits to proactive, risk-tiered process controls, enforcing strict standards across AI-first and hybrid operational models.
- Serve as a proactive "design partner" for Director-level stakeholders, challenging foundational assumptions and guiding internal partners through complex internal approvals for new services.
- Build and maintain an operational intelligence hub that synthesizes horizontal ecosystem signals into actionable blueprints, utilizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the health of the launch process
- Transform broad leadership directives into actionable operational blueprints, milestones, and deliverables, while driving strategic alignment across cross-functional teams.
