Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in Management Consulting.
- Experience with core business operations (e.g., annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or goal setting).

- Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
- Experience with data analysis, generating data-driven insights to influence decision-making, using SQL or other investigative approaches.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, successful delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
- Experience leveraging analytical skills (e.g. financial modeling, Google Sheets, Python, SQL, Looker, etc.) to problem solve, influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.
- Experience working in corporate environment.
- Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reporting and presentations by the audience, asking questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies.

The Partnerships Solutions team in Global Partnerships provides Strategy and Operations, Go-To-Market, and Industry solutions to Knowledge and Insights Partnerships (K&IP). Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Operations, you will operate as the manager for business operations for K&IP EMEA. You will blend investigative problem-solving with operational execution while working with the partnership team and counterparts around the globe. You will work closely with the VP for EMEA and the EMEA leads. You will act as a key contributor to drive projects forward, manage operational workflows, and deliver data-driven insights. By developing an understanding of the Global Partnerships (GP) and Partnership Solutions (PS) landscape, you will help cut through complexity to support crucial discussions and ensure high-quality execution of our initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring timelines and key deliverables are met across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
