Minimum qualifications:
- 10 years of experience managing, sourcing, or procuring business resources and vendors.
- 10 years of experience leading operational or project based work and tasks, and developing and deploying processes to mitigate risk.
- 10 years of experience coordinating or managing resources for data center locations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience coordinating or leading security, and experience planning security operations or strategy for security programs.
- 7 years of experience in security management, criminal justice, or engineering.
- 5 years of experience managing incidents and crises.
- Experience with construction-related efforts, including blueprint reviews, and integrated security systems.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary lead for all Security Operations matters related to construction, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.
- Develop and implement cross-functional strategies to minimize operational costs, improve workflow efficiency, and drive global standardization across sites. This includes collaborating in regards to security requirements and providing recommendations that support the immediate needs of the business.
- Oversee security projects to ensure technical infrastructure locations meet all regional governmental, environmental, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Perform complex physical security risk assessments (SRA) and provide actionable feedback to internal design teams for highly secure facilities.
