Medical Science Liaison - Radiology
About the Role
As Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Radiology, you will serve as Bayer's scientific expert and trusted partner to the Radiology community across the Maghreb region, while contributing to broader MENA Medical Affairs initiatives when required.
A key aspect of this role is the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong partnerships with Medical, Commercial, Market Access and other internal stakeholders, ensuring that scientific insights help shape patient-focused initiatives and support broader business objectives. Based on the official JD, the role includes scientific engagement with Thought Leaders, generation of medical insights, support of educational activities, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scientific partnerships with Thought Leaders (TLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs) and medical societies.
- Communicate and exchange scientific information related to Bayer's Radiology portfolio.
- Generate actionable medical insights to support local medical strategy and cross-functional decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory and other internal stakeholders to support integrated customer engagement.
- Drive scientific exchange through advisory boards, educational meetings, scientific discussions and medical education initiatives.
- Monitor scientific developments, competitor activities and emerging trends in Radiology.
- Support evidence generation activities and contribute to medical projects aligned with local healthcare needs. These activities align with the JD's focus on TL engagement, scientific exchange, insight generation, and collaboration across functions.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have a university degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or another relevant healthcare discipline.
- You have minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Medical Affairs, clinical research, drug information or related healthcare roles.
- Basic knowledge of Radiology is a plus.
- You have strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- You are fluent in French, and you have strong English language skills.
- You have the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
- You have a digital mindset and ability to leverage data and technology to generate insights.
