We are looking for our next International Business Development Intern to join our EMEA Divisional Customer Development team. Based in Spain, you will work closely with a central team driving commercial strategy across more than 100 countries. You will have real ownership, work on high-impact projects, and collaborate with international stakeholders daily.

 

Your Missions & Impact

 

During your 12 months with us, you will get a 360-degree view of how a global FMCG manages its commercial relationships:

 

1. International Customers Support

  • Coordination: Help monitor the execution of commercial agreements across approximately 30 countries, ensuring local teams are aligned.

  • Strategic Preparation: Take an active role in preparing for and participating in global client and internal alignment meetings.

  • Financial Tracking: Analyze and report on turnover, tracking invoices to keep our business partnerships running smoothly.

 

2. Data, Analytics & Transformation

  • Digital Facilitation: Act as a key bridge between our local commercial teams and external data providers.

  • Knowledge Sharing: Design and lead internal training sessions to upskill our Customer Development teams on new tools and data processes.

  • Event & Project Management: Support major regional transformation projects, including the preparation for the prestigious Consumer Goods Forum

 

3. Strategy and impact : 

  • Work closely with the divisional team on deployment of the strategic initiatives across EMEA division
