About the Role
Are you a hands-on maintenance leader ready to keep critical plant infrastructure running at peak performance? As our Facilities Maintenance Leader, you will take full ownership of managing maintenance activities, critical utility systems, and technician crews for your assigned area. You will act as an operational partner to production—driving continuous improvement, controlling maintenance budgets, and spearheading safety and quality standards across all facilities equipment. Responsibilities

Safety & EHS Leadership: Enforce plant safety guidelines, conduct safe behavior walks, authorize high-risk work permits, ensure proper technician certifications, and actively resolve near-miss findings.

Quality & Compliance: Coordinate maintenance and instrument calibration activities following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and strict quality procedures to keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant.

Critical Systems & Asset Management: Oversee the maintenance and reliability of critical utilities, including water treatment, high-voltage electrical distribution, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems.

Productivity & Budget Control: Track, analyze, and eliminate equipment failures using root-cause analysis, execute new technology implementations, and effectively manage the area’s maintenance budget.

Team Development & Continuous Improvement: Supervise, coach, and foster a culture of innovation among technicians while identifying cost-reduction programs and contributing to capital budget plans.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial) or a highly related technical field.

At least 4+ years of experience leading maintenance operations within a manufacturing or industrial plant environment.

Deep technical expertise in critical systems maintenance, including industrial water treatment, electrical power distribution, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Proven experience in industrial safety practices and proactive risk identification.

Intermediate English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies and maintenance management using SAP.

Strong technical fundamentals in PLCs, electrical circuits, mechanical systems, and industrial pneumatics/hydraulics.

Background in project management, process re-engineering, statistical process control, and continuous improvement frameworks.

Solid familiarity with EHS regulations, industrial hygiene standards, and quality management systems.
