Your Role
As Integrated Business Manager (IBM) in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) within the central Life Science Integrated Business Management (IBM) organization, you drive together with the IBM process lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the IBM process across PS. You act as the central interface to IBM Process Leads in the Business Units and serve as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Strategy, and Portfolio Management. You report to the Head of IBM Governance & Implementation (Life Science), with a dotted-line to the IBM Process Lead.
Your Responsibilities
Drive Process Excellence
- Serve as central interface to IBM Process Lead in the Business Unit; translate BU-specific requirements into governance input to continuously enhance the IBM process.
- Maintain and evolve standards, templates, KPIs, and review structures to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to IBM principles and decision-rights.
- Consolidate insights, risks, and escalations from BU IBM cycles and develop actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Enable Collaboration & Integration
- Coach and guide IBM facilitators and BU teams; strengthen the facilitator network across Business Units.
- Connect the IBM process with financial forecasting, strategic planning, portfolio management, and supply chain planning; ensure assumptions, risks, and priorities flow seamlessly across functions.
- Partner with ISCO Demand Planning to interpret demand plan changes and develop standardized reporting and analytics.
Drive Change & Engagement
- Promote IBM process adoption through targeted communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Identify and remove outdated processes and meeting structures to reduce complexity and foster a culture of transparency and fact-based decision-making.
Who You Are
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, business management, finance, or a related field.
- Experience in the Life Science industry or similar regulated environments is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record in Demand Planning, portfolio management, business development, or transformation programs.
- Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with senior leadership exposure.
- Strong analytical skills; APICS and/or project management certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills across all organizational levels; ability to influence stakeholders with differing priorities.
- Process-driven mindset with a strong passion for simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
- Innovate & Improve: Proactively identifies opportunities to simplify, standardize, or digitalize IBM workflows; develops solutions that improve information flow, data quality, and decision-making; contributes to digital initiatives in IBM reporting and analytics.
