Join our global team and help ensure the accuracy and quality of Healthcare Professional (HCP) data used across digital platforms and CRM systems. This role focuses on validating registrations, maintaining customer records, and supporting data quality initiatives that enable compliant and effective customer engagement. The role centers on HCP verification, CRM data maintenance, and ongoing data quality management.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify HCP registration requests.
- Validate data using CRM systems and external reference sources.
- Approve or reject account requests based on established criteria.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM platforms.
- Perform data cleansing, deduplication, and quality checks.
- Support stakeholders with data-related requests and issue resolution.
Who You Are
- Experience in Data Stewardship, Data Management, or similar roles.
- Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce, Veeva CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM, etc.). Required
- Experience in data validation, data quality, and database maintenance. Required
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HCP, healthcare, or master data.
- Salesforce and/or Veeva CRM experience.
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
- Experience with Adobe AEM or Adobe Experience Delivery Services (EDS).
