Job Description: SAP Ariba –Support Project

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant with 6+ years of experience in procurement transformation, SAP Ariba implementation, support, and integration projects. The consultant will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring SAP Ariba solutions, integrating with SAP ERP/S4HANA systems, and supporting end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP Ariba implementation, rollout, and AMS support engagements.
Configure and support SAP Ariba modules including:
Ariba Buying and Invoicing
Ariba Sourcing
Ariba Contracts
Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)
Ariba Commerce Automation
Ariba Catalog Management
Conduct requirement gathering workshops and prepare functional specifications.
Design and configure procurement workflows, approval processes, and supplier collaboration processes.
Integrate SAP Ariba with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA using CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway).
Support testing activities, including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
Analyze business processes and recommend best practices for procurement transformation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, procurement teams, and technical teams.
Provide production support and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
Prepare project documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer documents.
Support supplier onboarding and enablement activities.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Commerce, or related field.
SAP Ariba Certification preferred.
Certification in Procurement/Supply Chain Management is an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
Minimum 2–3 full-cycle SAP Ariba implementations.
Experience in support and enhancement projects.
Experience integrating SAP Ariba with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
Knowledge of procurement and supply chain business processes.
Experience working in global delivery environments.
