Yarrawonga Health is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Grade 3 Physiotherapist to join our growing Allied Health team as our Allied Health Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on clinical practice with leadership, service development and strategic planning in one of Victoria's most beautiful regional communities.

Reporting directly to the Operational Director – Primary Health and Allied Health, this dynamic role offers the perfect balance of clinical care and leadership. Some days you'll be delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to patients, while other days you'll be coordinating services, supporting staff, driving quality improvement initiatives and helping shape the future of Allied Health at Yarrawonga Health.

About the Role

As the Allied Health Coordinator you will:

  • Provide expert Physiotherapy services across a varied patient caseload.
  • Support the Operational Director in the day-to-day coordination of Allied Health services.
  • Provide professional leadership, coaching and mentoring across our multidisciplinary Allied Health team.
  • Drive service improvement, innovation and quality initiatives.
  • Coordinate patient flow and assist in optimising service delivery.
  • Contribute to workforce planning, recruitment, professional development and clinical governance.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships across the organisation and wider community.
  • Help shape the future direction of Allied Health services at Yarrawonga Health.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety—combining clinical excellence with leadership, project work, service development and operational coordination.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA.
  • Significant post-graduate clinical experience.
  • Experience in a senior clinical or leadership role.
  • A passion for mentoring and supporting others.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A collaborative leadership style with the ability to drive change.
  • A commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in rural or regional healthcare (highly regarded).
