NetSuite Product Consultant

We are now looking for a NetSuite Product Consultant to join our Staria NetSuite Products team. In this role, you'll help develop products that enable NetSuite customers across Europe to automate financial processes, meet local compliance requirements, and operate more efficiently.

At Staria, we're not just implementing NetSuite. We're building our own product portfolio on top of it. As one of Europe’s leading NetSuite partners, Staria has developed over 10 official NetSuite localization SuiteApps and extensive expertise in scalable solutions for international finance operations.

Our NetSuite Products team develops solutions focused on localization, compliance, automation, and financial processes across European markets. Instead of creating one-off customer customizations, we build products that can be continuously improved and scaled across a broad customer base.

This means you'll get to think beyond individual requirements and design solutions that work in many different real-world scenarios. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, developers, accounting experts, and fellow NetSuite specialists to turn requirements into practical, high-quality product functionality.

As a NetSuite Product Consultant, you'll play a key role in developing and maintaining Staria's NetSuite products. You'll translate ideas and requirements into functional solutions and help ensure that our products remain reliable, scalable, and easy to use.

In practice, you will:

• Translate product requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and sprint tasks.

• Develop functional NetSuite solutions using SuiteBuilder, workflows, saved searches, custom fields, custom records, forms, and other NetSuite tools.

• Collaborate closely with technical developers responsible for scripting and technical components.

• Design test cases, perform functional testing, and validate releases.

• Investigate support cases, troubleshoot issues, and turn findings into product improvements and bug fixes.

• Create and maintain product and end-user documentation.

• Participate in the development of localization products, particularly in areas related to accounting, taxation, and country-specific requirements.

• Contribute ideas that improve product quality, usability, and development efficiency.

Customer interaction is typically limited, allowing you to focus on product development and problem-solving rather than project management or customer steering.

Our NetSuite Products team works primarily remotely, so you can be based in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Czechia or Estonia. While we value flexibility and autonomy, collaboration is at the core of how we work, and you'll regularly connect with colleagues across different countries and functions.

To be considered for this role, you must already have the legal right to work in one of these countries.

Compensation depends on your experience, location, and the level of responsibility and impact you bring to the role. We follow local compensation practices and market levels in each country.

This role is a great fit for you if you bring:

• Several years of hands-on Oracle NetSuite experience and a strong understanding of NetSuite functionality.

• Experience with SuiteBuilder, workflows, saved searches, custom records, custom fields, and other customization tools.

• Experience translating business requirements into functional solutions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with functional testing, documentation, and solution design.

• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a distributed team.

• Professional working proficiency in English.

We're especially interested in professionals with several years of NetSuite experience, whether your background is in consulting, solution design, or functional development.

Additional experience that would bring extra value:

• Accounting and finance process knowledge

• European VAT expertise

• Localization experience

• Knowledge of country-specific accounting requirements in markets such as Poland, Hungary, the Baltics, or Croatia

• Polish or Hungarian language skills

• NetSuite certifications

• You'll help shape products used by customers across multiple European markets and see your work create long-term impact beyond a single implementation or release.
