Key Responsibilities
- Support development of product roadmaps and strategies to build our cross border network among correspondent banks, swift, and other cross border partners.
- Support the strategy with our correspondent banking business and working our FIG stakeholders to build constant stream of bilateral business.
- Identify business opportunities and/ or threats and drive business partnership activities to grow our cross border business
- Keep abreast of latest cross border payment technologies and competitive landscape.
- Work with other internal stakeholders and provide excellent support to ensure excellent UX for our customers using our online banking channels for cross border transactions.
- Track and analyse sales, income, portfolio performance.
- Work with technology teams to implement systems enhancements and perform testing.
- Work independently while being able to support other the team members by fostering teamwork and collaboration
- Develop proper processes and controls for risk mitigation and compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
- Understand/define/track product metrics and collect user feedback to optimise user experience and performance.
- Support post-implementation tasks such as user training, problem investigation e.g. payment rejections, post implementation review and escalation.
- Be the internal product expert to answer product related questions.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Business or related fields
- 5 – 10 years of experience in payments product, specifically in the cross border payments domain. Exposure to ISO20022, swift messaging and correspondent banking would be advantageous.
- Experience in being in teams to implement product solutions
- Strong ability to understand, analyse, and present data to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
