Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in consulting, advanced digital marketing strategy, or commercial business intelligence, specifically driving business growth within the gaming or apps ecosystem.
- Experience leveraging the Google advertising ecosystem to establish thought leadership.
- Proficient in interpreting complex quantitative metrics, advanced statistical principles, and performance anomalies.
- Deep, authoritative knowledge of mobile app/gaming business generation models (IAA/IAP), global User Acquisition (UA) dynamics, and the broader digital advertising ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to separately navigate highly complex, ambiguous business landscapes.
- Exceptional communication skills with a commanding executive presence.

- Provide support and consulting on client's/partner’s strategy in the areas of sales, marketing or product development, and translate data into answers to business questions or insights to facilitate business decision-making.
- Develop and own investigative modeling for key client/partner projects, apply or customize tools (e.g., dashboards) and frameworks to identify opportunities, and develop solutions to optimize client/partner business and maximize the use and effectiveness of Google products.
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth with clients/partners, conduct in-depth analysis and identify business opportunities, and support the development of go-to-market business pitch and marketing collateral.
- Build and manage relationships with client/partner stakeholders across functions and levels, and own the relationship with the data stakeholders on the client’s/partner’s side.
