Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Experience in developer productivity, developer tooling, or infrastructure functions.
- Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science.
- 20 years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, software development lifecycle, and experience driving engineering excellence through rigorous testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to understand the technical and operational challenges that engineers face within large organizations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex technical concepts and work with senior stakeholders across different departments.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement of development practices and processes.

- Manage the team to navigate deep technical problem spaces in Cloud AI.
- Manage a small team of developer productivity engineers.
- Build cross-functional partnerships, and work closely with developers and product owners to identify productivity, production quality, coverage issues, and provide insight on improving both through scale and tooling.
