Your Key Responsibilities- Quality system management
- Ensure all activities to follow ISO /IEC 17025
- Audit and visit support
- Quality system implementation and follow-up
- Test resource management
- Test resource management according to project schedule
- Training of the respective technicians
- Test process management
- Test specification review and test method development
- Test status update on Lab Portal system, create incident report
- Test result evaluation and reporting
- Technical support
- Support test result and issue analysis
- Support functional manager to improve test quality and efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Electronics, Software, Automation, or related fields
- Strong learning ability and analytical/problem-solving skills
- Good logical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Good cross-cultural competence and willingness to work in an international team
- Proactive, hardworking, a good team player, with a rigorous working attitude and strong sense of responsibility
- Good English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
