Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead development project to delivery eMotor control product in scope, time, quality and budget for internal and external customers.
- Lead quotation project for order intake by driving technical solution, cost and industrialization planning.
- Ensure project progress and milestones according to internal/external process and derive measures in case of deviations or claims.
- Project presentation, documentation and reports on different levels.
- Engage with Customers to dig business opportunities and product insight.
- Bachelor 's degree or above with high voltage electronics& mechanical background
- More than 5 years’ experience in Automotive project management
- Proactive attitude to drive for targets, remove barriers and lead team to find solutions.
- Team spirit and good soft skills in communication and indirect reporting management.
- Proficient in English (both oral and written).
