As a Project Manager based in Považská Bystrica, Slovakia, you’ll help bring new and innovative products to life. Your primary focus will be leading New Product Development (NPD) projects, while also owning projects related to localization, footprint optimization, end-of-life management, and new business opportunities.
You’ll have the opportunity to make a visible impact by guiding projects from concept to launch, helping teams work together effectively, overcome challenges, and achieve shared goals. Along the way, you’ll contribute to faster innovation, strong project execution, and positive customer outcomes.

- Lead new product development projects from idea to launch, ensuring successful outcomes for customers and the business.
- Collaborate with colleagues across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and product management, creating alignment and momentum around shared objectives.
- Guide project planning, timelines, resources, and risk management, helping teams deliver with confidence and transparency.
- Support projects related to localization, footprint optimization, end-of-life management, and new business opportunities, contributing to long-term business success.
- Communicate project progress and key decisions clearly, building trusted partnerships across functions, locations, and leadership levels.
- Experience managing projects in a manufacturing, industrial, or product-focused environment.
- Knowledge of New Product Development processes and the ability to coordinate activities across multiple functions.
- Experience working closely with supply chain, procurement, and operations teams, with a solid understanding of their priorities, processes, and business impact.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to engage and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
- Experience with business systems such as SAP, PLM, or similar tools, along with strong analytical skills and an interest in using AI and digital tools to improve work efficiency.
