Job description

We are looking for a Supply Chain Associate to join the Supply Chain team in Kazakhstan.

Main Responsibilities - supervise operations and bear responsibility for the receipt, storage, and issue of finished products, cargo, raw materials, advertising materials, and trade equipment; - ensure the safety and integrity of stored cargo, products, raw materials, and trade equipment; comply with storage requirements; and maintain accurate records of warehouse operations; - comply with the rules for preparing and submitting incoming and accounting documents (invoices, waybills) and to prepare the required reports in accordance with established procedures; - ensure timely loading of products, raw materials, and trade equipment into railcars and trucks in accordance with loading waybills; to control the circulation of documents (invoices, loading waybills) received from the accounting department and make receipt confirmations; to monitor returns of products and other materials from distributors and other retail outlets and promptly post them in the “Basis” and SAP systems; - organize and be responsible for the loading and unloading of railcars containing products, trade equipment, and other material assets, preventing damage and losses during these operations; - participate in inventory counts of inventory and material assets; - organize product identification and labeling of products, raw materials, advertising materials, and to carry out stock rotation both within the warehouse and up to the production line in compliance with FIFO, FEFO, and KORE principles.Qualification requirements

• Secondary specialized education or higher education (preferred) and at least 1 year of experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management procedures;
• Valid driver’s license (Category B);
• Forklift operator certificate (gas-powered forklift) is an advantage;
• Language skills: Russian / Kazakh;
• Computer skills are an advantage.
