What You'll Do:
- Be the friendly face of the branch - helping customers, answering questions and creating great experiences every day
- Keep orders flowing by picking, packing and processing customer purchases accurately and efficiently
- Support local farmers with product enquiries, deliveries and practical solutions that help keep their businesses moving
- Receive, organise and maintain stock so the branch is always ready for customers
- Help keep the store looking sharp, welcoming and running smoothly
- Learn about agriculture, rural products and the industry from experienced team members
- Jump in wherever needed, support your teammates and bring a positive attitude to every day
