At CI&T, we help large enterprises transform the potential of AI into real business impact with AI Deployment, AI-native execution, and tech-integrated business solutions.

With 30 years of experience in technological transformation, we accelerate innovation with expertise in Agentic SDLC, Application modernization, Data & AI, Martech and Business strategy.

We are 8,000 CI&Ters across more than 25 countries, collaborating to build solutions with real impact. AI is already part of how we work, evolve, and innovate every day.

Join our team as an AI Orchestrator, a pivotal role at the intersection of people leadership, agentic development, and software delivery. You will lead a multidisciplinary squad where collaboration between humans and AI agents is the core operating model. Your mission is to coordinate workflows across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring that AI agents are properly configured, monitored, and continuously improved — while keeping the team aligned, the delivery predictable, and the value stream flowing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Orchestrate the use of AI agents throughout all stages of the SDLC — from specification and development through testing and deployment — ensuring each agent operates with the right context, guardrails, and configuration at every step.
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary squad, fostering a collaborative, autonomous, and high-performance environment where humans and AI agents work in an integrated and efficient manner.
- Monitor the quality and consistency of outputs generated by AI agents, identifying deviations, refining prompts, and adjusting configurations to continuously improve the reliability and precision of deliveries.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies — planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives — adapting team dynamics to a development model where part of the work is executed by AI agents.
- Map the value stream and manage dependencies, blockers, and competing priorities to keep the workflow healthy and delivery timelines predictable.
- Manage the squad backlog in partnership with Product Managers and stakeholders, prioritizing deliveries aligned with business roadmap and product goals.
- Define and track productivity, quality, and efficiency metrics for the squad, including agentic-specific indicators such as AI output utilization rate and cycle time per SDLC stage.
- Ensure governance and compliance in the use of AI across the development workflow, establishing best practices and standards for agentic operations.
- Facilitate communication between the squad and internal and client stakeholders, maintaining continuous alignment on progress, risks, and priority adjustments.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation, driving the progressive evolution of the agentic model and increasing squad productivity over time.

Requirements for this Position:

- Solid experience leading software development squads as a Squad Lead, Project Manager, Engineering Manager, or equivalent role.
- Strong command of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches), with the ability to adapt ceremonies and processes to an AI-augmented squad model.
- Hands-on experience with AI agents and agentic development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor, with practical knowledge of configuring and orchestrating agents within development workflows.
- Familiarity with Prompt Engineering applied to SDLC contexts, including prompts for specification, code generation, automated testing, and documentation.
- Ability to define, track, and report productivity, quality, and squad performance metrics, including dashboards and reporting on agentic operations.
- Technical fluency sufficient to understand delivery context, engage with developers and architects, and evaluate the quality of outputs — including those generated by AI.
- Proficiency in English for communicating with stakeholders and development teams, reading technical documentation and writing instruction prompts for AI agents.
- Experience with backlog management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

Nice to have:

- Practical experience as an AI Orchestrator or equivalent role, with real-world exposure to configuring, monitoring, and tuning AI agents in software delivery environments.
- Knowledge of Spec-Driven Development (SDD) and its application in agentic workflows.
- Experience with CI&T Flow or other GenAI platforms designed for software engineering workflows.
- Background in supply chain, e-commerce and customer experience.
- Experience in managing projects with multiple teams, complex dependencies and integrations.
